Opposing FISD Rezone

Please do not pass this! My girlfriend is moving in with me during the summer with her 2 hours for a better education.

I am a student at Baylor University who personally grew up here and attended Gunstream. There is no substantial reason to change the zoning and this proposed change only appears to be more detrimental than beneficial.

Don't rezone our schools

I strongly oppose rezoning of the school. I'll look out for any future emails on this issue and help as much as I can.

We bought our home because of Gunstream. To change that would devalue my home and cost us an undue burden ESPECIALLY since the city keeps raising my taxable property value. City of Frisco and Frisco ISD is losing my trust rapidly with their recent decisions and bills they have attempted to ram through.

Based on my experience, I am surprised this petition stated Gunstream is not at capacity. Many classrooms have 28+ students. However, I fail to see how moving 60 students is going to provide any relief to Gunstream as it would appear to remove roughly 10 students per grade and only 1.5 students per classroom. I oppose this rezoning.
