if this was Wonga or another of these new payday loan companies everyone would be complaining but as the name is Barclays people think they are a trustworthy company and would not think of charging such high interest rates , this is a complete rip off under the brand name of Barclays who do not care one little bit about how much you payback as long as they get their bonus and high salaries .

Why is David Cameron not doing anything about this. Perhaps Nigel Farage will.

This is the first time i have talked about this to anyone but I can’t remember how i felt before taking out a loan with Barclays first plus, in 2005 for £95,000. I have been paying back £669 a month since 2005 and this does not end until 2030. I live alone and have to pay my Mortgage also £616 month, is there a light at any point? Or is there any point to this? Does anyone have any constructive suggestions? we need to make them to see people can do it for much longer and will lose their hoems

We are in the same boat like many others who have taken out a loan with First Plus. Has any body though about Rip of Britain.
