I believe that young men and women who are arrested or jailed for nonviolent crimes for their first offend should get a legit second chance at keeping their freedom because it’s a proven fact that sometimes prison breed worse criminals when they spend time locked up and even worse for the young ones that have young kids that they’re being taken away from so now more than one life could be ruined because of this you see those kids may end up getting raised by the streets if they don’t have their parents or someone else to raise them now this person might be on the same road as their parents and so really what good does it do to incarcerate someone who made a fool mistake or dId something STUPID for the first time and got caught but I would think if someone was looking at time or a long time in prison and was given one chance to stay out of prison but with a long probation time I can bet 90% of them would feel like they dodged a bullet and know how lucky they were to get a second chance at freedom and will probably cherish their life and freedom a lot more especially knowing that both can be taken away at any time by doing something illegal and I think that will
Entice them to want to earn a legal living
And the ones with the kids, they will be more thankful that they get another chance to be, and raise their kids I THINK IF CAR INSURANCE COMPANIES CAN GIVE PEOPLE FIRST ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS WHY CAN’T THE LAW THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WOULD REALLY RATHER WORK A JOB MAKING A DECENT LIVING RATHER THAN TAKING A CHANCE ON LOSING THEIR FREEDOM OR EVEN THEIR LIVES!!
