Shelters are to help those without a voice. When that trust has been broken, those responsible must be punished. What was done to those poor animals words can't explain.

This happens entirely too much. I wouldn't have any of my dogs if this same scenario happened here. All were fear biters in the shelter but out they are wonderful dogs!

If the people in charge of the welfare of these animals cannot be trusted to cherish each life, the responsibility should be removed from them.

Dogs should not be used to increase the income of the administration of a shelter. This is disgusting and
needs to be dealt with immediately.
