Democrats have again suffered a tremendous defeat, not only in the Presidential election, but in almost every other governing body in the United States. As the head of the Democratic National Committee, you have failed us in your leadership. Fundamentalist Republicans have gained more ground with every election under your watch, sending this country into dangerous territory, and moving progressive Democratic values into the margins. We have been outmaneuvered, outthought, and outorganized. And now we are outraged. It is time for new leadership in the Democratic party. We need a leader that can define our message for the coming decades. We need a leader that can unite our causes. We need a leader that change change this party for the coming decades.
