Marcus Smith the Fitness Mgr at Golds Gym in Wichita Falls TX. has had numerous accounts of issuing threats and aggressively confronting members of the gym. He has brought gang affiliation into the equation stating things such as "come on blood". Fitness MGR Smith has been witnessed by multiple current and former employees of Golds Gym Wichita Falls of drug use on and off the clock. Numerous complaints have been issued to Golds Gym INC with no results. One particular recent confrontation happened Wednesday 4/4/2018 at 6:30 pm where he attempted to get physical with 2 current paying members. He was seen throwing his hands in the air and screaming at the top of his lungs for the member to "do something". Below is taken directly out of the Golds Gym INC employee handbook

"Threats, threatening conduct, or any other acts of aggression or violence in the workplace will not be tolerated. Any Team Member determined to have committed such acts will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. NonTeam Members engaged in violent acts on the employer's premises will be reported to the proper authorities and fully prosecuted. Any questions regarding workplace violence should be directed to the immediate supervisor or the Human Resources Department." (p29 Paragraph 1)

"Gold’s Gym goal is to provide a drug free and safe workplace. Gold’s Gym does not tolerate any Team Member impaired or under the influence of, using, possessing, distributing, or selling alcohol and/or any illegal or prescription drug on company property or on company time. Anyone violating this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination of employment." (p24 Paragraph 1)
