I volunteer at the school. I help make sandwiches which is what I do at home as well for my full time job. Will I be getting fined? Utterly ridiculous.

Penalizing someone for helping their community is a special kind of asshattery.

No one should dictate what you are allowed to do on your time off. Most of these fire fighters were volunteers before they became full time.

This is crazy some of these firefighters have been serving our community's for years. They have more experience and is better to have two hatters as volunteers.

How can you patronize those who selflessly put their life on the line each and everyday for the goodwill of others. These individuals should be celebrated not repremended.

This isn't right. Small communities need these men and women and want all the help and expertise they offer

We should be thanking these volunteers for their service, not punishing them.

I support Volunteer Firefighters. Two Haters can volunteer in their communities and help out. Bring their knowledge and experience to help.

I fail to understand why this is happening to people willing to volunteer their time for such a good cause.

We do not need a law saying where and when a person can volunteer. We need volunteers from all walks of life.

So since it is an international union why is Ontario the only province which this problem? It's going to set a huge pressadence. In north America . It's a union money grab

Volunteer time being dictated by a union is a human rights violation in my book.
