It's time for us to change the culture of police departments. Officers are allowed impunity to brutalize and kill, based on a fomenting of fear of citizens within their ranks. Citizens are charged as criminals because they lied when questioned. Yet police departments are allowed to use deception to arrest. As long as departments protect officers who commit crimes, we will live in this violent police state.

Me and my boyfriend were whatchn the news and God hv mercey both are jaws dropped.. And was in disbelief.. That man is our age and is a good guy I can't beileave that cop just shot him like that its crazy mental and just insane I hope and pray for justice on our twisted and in justified system this has been going on I praise god we finally can catch this basterd cops now...

This officer Feaster out right shot the young man. Blatantly ignored the young woman. He's a killer, a murderer and should be fired from his job and brought up on charges of first degree murder. I live in Magalia, I'm in Paradise all the time. It frightens me to think that there is a man like this in our community. Two men actually. Including D.A. Mike Ramsey. We are not even safe from the police. Lord help us!

im from butte county myself and ive seen lots of stories out of butte county and this DA.... mike ramsey knows this is murder.. its on camera and thats proof...nomatter what this is murder. i want this man charged for murder, he gets out of his car and pulled out his gun and just shot this kid like nothing was going on and acts like its not a big deal and ramsey lets this cop walk. no this cop needs to be charged for this kids murder we cant stand by and let these public servants do this otherwise why do we need cops anymore? if they are going to just murder us why should our society need law inforcement any long? this is my opinion and not the opinion of any other person, this young man he killed made a terrible mistake his wife also being killed in the wreck then the officer comes over and kills him. we cant let this man who played judge and jurror get away with this.

I do not feel safe in this town with my new baby with officers like this allowed to break the law. This makes me absolutely sick to my stomach. I thought police officers were supposed to uphold the law and set good examples, also be TRAINED with their weapons so "accidents" don't happen. He and Mike Ramsey need to go!
