Are you kidding me? The victim was clearly not armed and clearly not in a position to flee. And even if he did try to flee, is that an excuse for deliberate mayhem and attempted murder?

We don't need bad cops in Paradise . The police here are not all bad , just a few I know of personally who have harassed me just because they wanted to . I have no crimnal record nor have I been in trouble here , ever . Fiester still tried to get me for drinking and driving when i don't drink as well as checked me for drugs, which I don't take . He was looking for speed ( crank ) in me and grabbed my wrist , he said just to make sure nothing funny is going on here . I was right across the street from our towns fair tunring to get gas . He blocked my truck into a parking lot so I couldn't get out and proceded to try and find any rreason to arrest me . There was none , I politly smiled at him , asked him his name ( so I know who he is with insight and experience into this man is ) and told him it was very nice to meet him . He's also gone after my brother when my brother tried to help him once . My brother doesn't drink or do drug either . There is more issues of Fiester beside me and my brother as there are more people in Paradise to harass besides my brother and I .

Oh come on now,, there was nothing accidental about that. Anyone "investigator"who says there was should also be brought up on charges. BTW, notice the offending officer searching for his shell casing. --Looking to tamper with the evidence.

Unless the police union stops covering up killers in uniform, and people start to demand justice be enforced many many more innocent people will die, we dont have to fear ISIS we have our homegrown killers with a batch.

This is precisely the reason why we need to train our officers of the law properly. Allowing 18 year old, uneducated, power hungry cowards is creating chaos as opposed to restoring order. Get rid of this coward and take away any power he may ever potentially weild against another human being, or animal for that matter.
