I am a resident of paradise and I am one of the many people or are disgusted by this officers actions. I will not support a police department or district attorney who will hide behind penal codes and legal red tape as a way to justify this mans actions. We want accountability, we want justice.

This was no accident! The video clearly shows that. If that doesn't hold up in court then what about the 11 minutes the guy was lying there bleeding out before anyone found the gunshot wounds because the police officer failed to mention them!
That isn't a guilty conscience that was him hoping the guy would die!!!!!
This is why police officers should not have guns.
