They have this police officer ON VIDEO, brutally slaying a man trying to exit his vehicle just seconds after rolling it, and the officer is not found guilty??? ...and to make matters worse, our very own DA, Mr. Mike Ramsey, finds no fault on this officer?! How is this act of police brutality dismissed?? This officer and Mr. Ramsey are both animals and should be investigated and releaved of their positions and placed behind bars for murder and conspiracy to cover up a murder. This is disgusting, and we as citizens should see that these individuals are held accountable.

Justice needs to be served. Atleast require him to go through training again. He didnt follow protocol. This isnt rignt.

This pig lied about shooting someone untill he noticed that other police would know he did then he came clean and i dont think gun misfired i thing he shot on purpose he has shown he is no way shape or form trustworthy to be a police officer ever again and shame on D.A for not pressing charges but D.A is stupid also and no one can fix stupid and next time voting comes around maybe people will think twice before voting mike in again for buttes D.A

The only thing the officer needs to be held accountable for is missing. Two in the chest and one in the head! Let's all remember that they weren't married! Darien was a recovering addict and Andrew was her heroin/meth dealer. This guy needed taken off the streets, it's too bad Darien had to pay the price for that to happen

cop was quick to shoot after his weapon was drawn. You can clearly see Andrew coming outvif the vehicle, both hands on the car pushing himself out when the cop fired and Andrew went down. No aid was administered to the female. Why?? Cop didn't tell anyone he shot someone for 10 minutes, after 2 other officers arrived, no shots fired called into dispatch, cops looking on the ground scanning the area for something but it wasn't the female..just all wrong. Yes drunk drving is not ok, getting in a vehicle with a drunk person who's driving is not ok but that was an unjustified shooting on the cops behalf along with much more wrongdoings on the cops part.?

I do not feel safe with that officer on the streets... It was obvious the man was trying to get out of car!! He shot and reholsterd his gun. Did not even check Darien!!

this officer should have been fired the day this happened. And people wonder why we dont feel safe around cops nowadays. Poor excuse for a police officer. Had some part of the truth not come to light he never would have took responsibility for his criminally unjustifiable shooting.

These cops need to be held responsible for their actions just like the rest of the citizen in America! It is obviously not an accident. If it was , why was he trying to cover it up by searching for the shell and not reporting it immediately?! An example needs to be made so that the police start to fallow the law and lives stop being taken. This officer should not get away with attempted murder....how are we as citizens supposed to feel safe knowing this is what is supposed to be protecting us?
