absolutely disgusted with this officer and Ramsey. The officer fired before andrew could even ask about or check on his wife. there is NO reason you pull up on a car accident and pull a gun that fast.

He shot an unarmed man who was trying to exit a damaged vehicle. He then appeared to spend the rest of the video looking for evidence of having shot the kid, while that poor girl lay dying in the street. He lied saying "male is refusing to get out of vehicle", did not tell other officers or paramedics he shot him until AFTER the wound was discovered (11 minutes later), and did not disclose discharging his weapon to dispatch. Is this not criminal negligence, at the very least?! He appeared calm, reholstered his weapon, and made no attempt to help the man he shot nor the young women in the street. An "accident" should have garnered more frantic action on his part...not calm, calculating, and immediate attempts to cover his tracks. It's disgusting...and CRIMINAL.
