I think this displays a horrible act and pure disregard of a human beings life absolutely horrific and the DA and police station should be held accountable for the crime(s) they have committed here not only did they try and completely cover up what they had done they did a horribly horrific job may you all be held accountable for you part n this attempted murder

This scares me. I Can't live in a world where I fear my son could be killed getting out of a car after an accident. This situation makes me sad but some how we must stop the unnecessary brutal force.

Scared cop??? Trigger happy?? Feaster never made me feel like he was protecting me. Oh wait I need protection from him if I get into a wreck. He shoots victims of crashes. One more bad cop that won't get charged for his own inadequacy.

I know this Paradise Police officer because he helped me in a horrible case for two years and I trusted that man, I looked up to him and I guess some people aren't who you thought they were. This wasn't an accident this girl is lossing her life and the guy tries getting out of his car and not a second hesitation he shoots him and runs to go look in the car. Obviously more could have been done here other then loss of a life by bullets. Get him arrested and get him off the job we don't need people like him in our town.

No accidental shooting. Cut the bs. I believe this reflects badly on Mr. Ramsey also. Time to go if your investigation found this to be an accident. Too many good cops to be tarnished by an incompetent one.

As most of you, I am shocked after watching this video. It's a shame officers don't wear mics that record ALL conversations had. I'm disgusted he never once checked on the girl and just accounted her unresponsive. I feel as if the shots fired were not accidental and he had intent. I'm appalled he didn't also call a medic for the boy who is now injured as well by the officers hand. I have spoken with people who were at the bar that night and this kid was out of hand. But why did no one stop him, OR her from getting into that car. I don't know either person here, I only know what I've read but this is unjust. This is not okay, the officer focused his attention on the kid he disabled by his gun but why not the girl who is helplessly losing her life. This was such a cold video, no compassion for life which I see as an incredible flaw to have in our police department. He just left her there, didn't even check for a pulse, didn't even make a repeated call for a medic. Assumed she was already gone without trying. I wouldn't want this man at my accident just causing more havoc then help. I will not petition for the boy for I don't know him or his background but I will petition that the officer is not fit for his job.
