No reason to fire, first response should have been to assist the young lady. Andrew did not in fact have any weapon of any sort in the grasp of his hands. Therefor the shot fired from the officers gun is not justified. Soo sad that a man would loose the love of his life and be injured severely.

He may have called for a emt but did not access the female on the ground still alive. He also did not hesitate to fire his weapon at the other subject inside the vehicle who did not get a chance to surrender.

When they showed that video on the news tonight, it changed my mind , that police officer knew exactly what he was doing, he walked up to that car seen the young man trying to climb out and he shot him at close range... That young man wasn't trying to run, he wasn't reaching for anything his hands was on that car trying to lift himself out... It doesn't let the young man off the hook, he caused that young women to lose her life, but he never should of been shot so lets make this police officer answer for what he did, they have evidence with this video...

After watching the dash cam video I am shocked that this shooting was considered an accident. I think Andrew should have gone to jail for vehicular manslaughter but he did not deserve to be shot and it was obvious this was no accidental shooting.
