Too many people (our kids) have been shot and several killed in past few years as well as unsafe vehicle chases through towns which have also caused innocent deaths. This (police polices and abuse of authority has been being addressed in other areas by the people standing up with petitions, protests, media,... letting our local law enforcement that we want a change in procedures the mentality of officers and compensation to the victims and families involved in these "crimes"..it's over due in our area! Shooting Andrew was unnecessary force and the officer needs to be reprimanded just as any criminal!! This,has got to stop!

It was NOT accidental shooting, he should of helped the young woman first instead of looking around. This is wrong Ramsey, it is criminal.

This police officer needs to be charged with murder..he shot that kid in cold blood.!! Both the young man's hand were visible..then he tells the other cops that he didn't know his gun went off..!! HELLO

This police officer can no longer capably keep citizens safe as demonstrated by the discharge of his weapon, accidental or not. So obviously a purposeful act of violence, DA Ramsey needs to go too!

Watched the video about 8 times, without any hesitation the police officer fired his weapon at the citizen. He didn't think about, or tell the man to stop. He just walked up, (man in car started to climb out made eye contact with officer while both hands were on the car) and fired one round from his sidearm, immediately holstered it and went and stared at the man in car for 11 mins. Before he attempted to call for medic.

This police officer needs to be removed from the paradise police dept. He is a dangerous individual, I would hate to be stopped by him for anything....he shot that kid on purpose....

Wow... Watching the video, you can clearly see he pulled his gun and just shot him.. It's not even a question of perspective. He literally just shot this kid. How horrible.

There was no hesitation on the officers part, like they wrote in the report or clearly in the video!! He needs have concequeces. And if there really in a fault in the gun they would have found it!!

Feaster knew what he was doing when he pulled the trigger. I was floored when i saw the kid shot. I have no words other than Feaster needs to be charged. My prayers goes out to both side.

He most certainly pulled, aimed, and fired like it was nothing. Seriously, if that was an accidental shooting then it was a 1 in a million accidental shot.
