My husband and I have watched this over and over... We see no reason that gun should have been fired. The fact that the officer next said he had someone who refused to leave the vehicle not that he just shot him. Very irresponsible. Not the type of officer that makes me feel safe.

The shooting wasnt needed at all and for the officer to say the man was refusing to get out after he shot him and the girl was unresponsive when he didn't even check on her if wrong he should get charged.

Mistakes happen, I understand that. But your weapon should never have been drawn in the first place. You "protect and serve." This man was trying to get out of a vehicle that he just crashed. A logical option to absolutely anyone. You should have helped him from the car, not shot him. And, to be dishonest about the shooting? By not saying anything? It's because you know you were wrong.

#policebrutality. It was obvious that the kid had no weapon! That cop was not there to help the people in the accident. He didn't care, he pulled out his gun and shot. He didn't say put your hands where I can see them!

They said the cop withdrew his gun because the he thought the driver was going to flee....since when did cops withdrew guns because someone is running away? Use a teaser if anything. And guns are for if the driver was running towards him! Not if the driver isn't even half way out the vehicle. Disgusting!!

No one in his position should be allowed to get away with lying and withholding crucial emergency information. Protect and serve? No. Not Officer Feaster. As clearly shown by the dash cam video, Officer Feaster was interested only in protecting and serving himself.

I feel an officer that "accidentally" fires a weapon and does not inform officers immediately should not be protecting our streets. Despite the suspects background, no one should be shot trying to exit a crashed vehicle.

He clearly wasn't going to cause harm what so ever and now is paralyzed possibly because of the cop being trigger happy.

It is so so sad that especially after watching this video that this Officer gets away with shooting this Man! It's bad enough that The Husband of the Women that died has to live without his wife but now he has to live with knowing the Officer that made him the way he is now which is Paralyzed will still have a job an a retirement. Bull Shit if you ask me! If I am ever face to face with this Officer he will definitely be getting an ear full from My Husband an Myself!

This is not an office acting to protect and serve the public. The totality of circumstances do not support the action or lack there of by the local D.A. office. If this were anyone but an office of the law it would be Murder. Please do not let allow this situation to go down this slippery slope of unaccountably.
