This video clear as day shows this officer shooting Andrew while trying to get out. The officer never stopped to help the girl at all. He should of immediately started cpr. I cannot believe he is still with the paradise police, this is so sad. Please everyone share and sign, this man clearly shows he is unable to protect and serve our community.

I can understand being nervous and firing your weapon. It's paradise and that is alot of of excitement for this town. But not telling the other officers that you shot the guy in the truck then not seeing if the girl was OK is horrible. 11 minutes for paramedics to arrive... unforgivable

This officer shot and killed a man that was climbing from a reck. Not ok with these actions. I'm scared for our community because if he gets away with this who's to say what else our paradise police department does and gets away with.

I am a 25 yr resident of Paradise & I am shocked that a police officer would pull out his gun and shoot an accident victim who clearly was unarmed! Then lie about the victim saying he refused to get out!! Are you kidding me! The young woman was completely ignored & died. The young man was doing what anyone would do in an accident is to escape the vehicle & check on his friend..... he was in shock!

This video is clear proof there was nothing accidental about him shooting Andrew. Please do the right thing and make him pay for his actions as you would any other civilian who doesn't wear a badge. This is wrong and needs to be rite.
