This was not an accident! The wreak and the death and the shooting is all on the officer! First of all its dangerous for all for a cop to go on a high speed chase. I think anyone who is out of control like that a cop should not be chasing they should just have another officer coming from the other side or something. All high speed chases end horribly! If the cop wasnt chasing these guys down the guy may have not hit that medium and people would still be alive

This was horrific and uncalled for. The policeman in question spent more time looking around on the ground than he did anything. What was so important that he needed to find right then and there on the ground? Spent shells? All the while there were 2 people in desperate need of medical attention and not one of the policemen that were there gave aid or even looked at either person. Don't the police know CPR? Don't they check the bodies lying on the ground for a pulse, even? This policeman deliberately took out his weapon and fired at a man trying to climb out of a turned over vehicle. He was given 3 seconds and then shot in the neck. For what? Why is the speaker to hear what's going on not on? Why delete what they were saying? If I ever call the police, I will have to say, "please do not send out the officer who kills people with no reason and cannot control his firearm."

Everyone is talking about Andrew getting shot, how about the fact that he didnt even check on Darien... Who was sti moving... If he had checked on her she might still be here.. And Darien was NOT his wife... They were "married" at one point then she left him because he is a piece of garbage... She was a recovering addict and he still dealt drugs to her.. Please tell me how much he loves her?! Thats the biggest lie ive ever heard! You dont sale drugs to someone you love, you dont drive like a maniac when someone you love is in the passenger seat.. The cop was wrong in all of his actions... But what he needs to be fired for is NOT checking on Darien!!!
