accidently my ass! he double tapped him! fester the cop even brought the muzzle of the gun down lower for the 2nd shot following thomas as he folded and fell back into the vehicle. fester is a lier and has a vendeta for drunk driving. at the moment he shot he didnt know whom was the driver, if a wepon was preasent, if there was further threats from the vehicle (fire, ect.) and there is no way that thomas was fleeing fom the officer. he exicuted thomas & he is so.incompetant

They say it isn't justifiable but it isn't criminal either. How is shooting an unarmed and injured man with no reason not criminal?

He should face a trail for attempt murder charges. There was no reason for his pistol to be used the officer has other tools on his belt he should have use. His actions dont go with the way the whole thing happen

Me and my husband had run ins with the paradise police department. This shows the paradise police department is corrupt and that officer needs fired from the force and put in prison for murder
