The officers should be held to the same laws as the public....they are to uphold the law and serve the people not abuse their power....

This officer lied saying the young man refused to leave the vehicle.... When in all actuality he tried to exit the vehicle and was shot for it!!! Not after a prolonged chase or high speed chase but after an accident where his friend was ejected from the car..... This officer did not serve and protect, he in my opinion (based on the facts) did the complete opposite. Sad.....

This needs addressed and cannot be swept under the rug. If roles were reversed it would be a different story completely.

For anyone to believe this is nothing more then an accidental shooting is delirious. This "officer" did nothing to report what happened instantly but only continued to say that the driver refused to get out of the vehicle. Enforce the laws that you would not hesitate to enforce on us.

I can't believe how quickly it appears from the dash cam video that the officer shot that man...and then the officer looks like what just happened here...Our police need to be aware and present in every moment they are on duty, of every situation..and even if he thought the man was going to run, as I've heard, there is no reason to shoot someone in the neck..I don't feel safe at the moment, from the very ones I trust to keep me and my family safe.

Not only did he shoot this man, he almost broke my boyfriend's Dad's arm last year and we've been fighting against him since. We've paid $6,000 just to lose to a crooked cop like him.
