There is no rational reason for an officer to draw a gun on a person exiting a an automobile accident. The video looks like a scene from the video game, Grand Theft Auto, not a first response.

Judge for yourself. Sickening. Did he order the suspect back into the vehicle? If yes,why would any reasonable person do that when a wrecked vehicle could possibly burst into flames.
