Accidentally shot... Then didn't report that he fired his weapon. This is murder and misconduct by the officer. Not in my town.

This was clearly not accidental! This reminds me of when Paradise PD shot and killed the unarmed mentally unstable woman in the graveyard. I think Ramsey needs to retire he is clearly not on the side of citizens in Butte county.

First and foremost the cops are there to protect, second they are there to save life's not take them. If the shoe was on the other foot wouldn't he have gotten out off the car to save his wife, let's face it if he was able to get out of the car he might have saved her life. Instead the cop just let her die and shot him. In my opinion he should be facing attempted murder and a murder charge. It saddens me that the peace keeping officers are no longer keeping the peace, they are taking life's instead of saving them...

I don't know law enforcement protocol, but wouldn't an officer gain control if the situation like get the male out/away from the car, search and cuff him? Then check for signs of life on the female? I.e. breathing, pulse and start cpr if they were absent? This officer did not "protect the public", he harmed them. The video shows the girl moved her arm and he still didn't check for signs of life. By the oath the officer took, it means he is liable to help someone in medical distress. That is neglect on that woman and barbaric behavior with that man, both actions extremely irresponsible.
