this guy shot him w/o hesitation, then didn't tell anyone including backup for more than 10 minutes. even let them think suspect was shot at bar earlier.

this is murder. this is cowardly. your gun goes off, you admit the fault. you do not let this man die. this man PROVES that this is ATTEMPTED MURDER the second he said there was a man refusing to get out of the vehicle -- he had already shot him. that is a conscious effort to give inaccurate details about the man's health.

I feel this cop needs to be punished for such negligence. No human life should be lost to a cops hands. They are hired to serve and protect. Not murder innocent.

Hes totaly was looking for his shell casing,if he didnt know he fired why would he be looking so hard and not say a thing,I've shot a lot of guns and you know when a gun goes off,the guy was standing with his hands in the air thats giving up to being murdered and just non responsive yet no one trys to help him care accidents dont need to end in leathal force!!!

He did have time to blink before he shot or check the dieing woman on the ground there was no threat to him he didn't call for medic till 5 minutes after he shot the man he also said he would get out of the car because when he did try to get out he got shot wtf

This was no accident. This guy needs to be fired and charged correctly and that garbage Ramsey needs to be fired to! He spent more time looking for his shell casing than he did worrying about the two that needed medical attention.. He completely ignored the fact that that poor girl was laying there taking her last few breaths and he could've helped her out.. Just like the case with Adam the police officer er showed up to his house and saw him laying there after being shot and also saw a guy running from the scene she could've went after the suspect but she chose to try and save Adams life first which is what Feaster should have done. What is his reasonable explanation for not using his taser instead of his gun? #fireFeasterandRamsey

Being a Police Officer gives you an obligation to PROTECT YOUR COMMUNITY! Not lie about what you did when you reacted poorly in a situation l where people required medical assistance! You should be fired!

It blows my mind that in the current day and age any "peace officers" are forgiven(nor are they held accountable) for their violent reckless actions. This holding true, even if, the result of their actions lead the injury or death of the other party involved.

Had a couple different encounters with this guy.he's scared and the combination of this guy's fear and his weapon, left only time before he killed someone.
