Not only the officer should be dismissed from work and fired for deciet, he should at the least be drawn up on Manslaughter charges due to the lapse of time in a life and death situation. This is so wrong in so many ways!

The officer should be charged with manslaughter and the DA should be fired so he can defend these type of killers. It appears that the victim should have used his second set of arms while exiting the vehicle.

This cop needs to be held accountable ,the DA's statement of what happened is not what you see in the video and the cop clearly lied.

Attempted Murder! Criminal behaviour by the police deserve same as we would get. He shot, and dropped that man without a second thought. Then didn't even try to help the woman dying on the ground. Unbelievable, hard to watch, left you saying what the FU_K did he really do that, and then the COVER-UP. Never liked the DA but always thought he was somewhat honest, looks like he needs to go too!

How do we raise our kids to trust cops when they are so untrustworthy. Pat Feaster obviously can not handle a situation accordingly. How come he was so concerned with his shell casings and not helping the poor woman laying there DYING or even the young man he shot down basically dead. I bet if something like this happen to one of his family members he would be protesting on this page along with us. Karma is real and it will come to him. We all need to stick together and not allow another corrupt cop/person to get away with this.

"He refused to get out of the vehicle"
That's a false statement and you clearly have a video to prove it. This cop needs to be fired. And if he doesn't this town will no longer allow him to even allow him to live here.
