I don't feel safe with this officer still in uniform patrolling these streets. If I was ever in a traffic accident I'd hope to God with every ounce of my being he is not the one coming to my aid.

Video clearly shows intent and the office had a family killed by a drunk driver in past

No cop would put his gun away if he did not think he rendered the suspect immobile he knew he shot him and never called it in put him in front of a jury

This should be investigated thoroughly. A number of recently released videos indicate some police officers are terrorists.

That was full blown murder all due to lack of training and so-called fleeing the seen. It's disgusting.

After seeing the dashcam video on the news, and the longer version online, I realized that this was no accident. The officer should have told his fellow officers or dispatch that he fired a round or "misfired his weapon." I also noticed he seemed to be looking for the bullet casing before EMT arrived which is suspicious to say the least. This officer should not be an officer of the Law.

No matter what this officers excuse is for the discharge of his weapon his conduct proves him unworthy to uphold his sworn duty to protect and serve our comminuty. If for no other reason his cover up should be the reason for his termination.

He had absolutely no reason to shoot this man! He did it so casually...not in a threatened or scared way. It's a disgrace to our police department.

The officer took his time to aim before shooting Andrew. And being a trained officer of the law, there is no room for "mistakes" like this. He paralyzed a man and needs to be removed from the force immediately.

This pig murder this man hands down. He hands were visible and was only trying to exit a vehicle that he just crashed. This cop knew that he would get away with his actions sadly I hope he does not.

the news said the car did not have the lights on and that is what brought the attention to the officer to chase the car, the video after the crash shows the lights were on, and why would the officer shoot, put his gun back in his holster, walk up to the car and stick his head into the window.

I don't feel safe with officer Feaster on the streets knowing he attempted to MURDER someone. A gross miscarriage of justice on behalf of the D.A. who has decided no charges will be filed. The DOJ should pick this up for civil charges. Fire Feaster.

This guy was supposed to serve and protect. The video says he didn't do that.

The victim was completely defenseless, he was just trying to get out of the vehicle he just rolled , possibly even to see if his friend was okay, and the officer just guns him down for no reason. The time from him stopping his vehicle to the shot , he didn't even think twice about it he just opened fire this "cop" needs to be fired and charged with murder
