This officer should face a felony attempted murder charge. He blatantly shot that boy in cold blood. The kind of gun he carry's has a pretty good kick I would think, but he didn't know if the gun was discharged??? Are you serious!

He is negligent, and needs to be punished because he shot a defenseless taxpaying citizen, cops need to get punished just as the citizens get punished from accidents and negligence, we need to treat them equally, cops are not above the law!

This officer clearly shot this man trying to get out the wrecked car and he deliberately shot that man. The video clearly shows 2 shots. Also he didn't even try and help the victims he was to busy looking for his shell cases on the ground why the girl was on the ground moving a little. This officer new exactly what he did. And should definitely be punished. What does this show our children? Makes police officers look bad when we know there is some really good ones out there. But not this man.

Wow, there is nobody who should feel safe until this guy is off the police force. He should be brought up on criminal charges and maybe the court should try looking at that video again. Cold blooded murder. And from what I can see, there are 2 flashes from the muzzle, 2 shots fired in rapid succession not one as they claim.
