This officer needs to be charged he had no idea that andrew was under the influence so really he shot him for trying to get out of the car after a accident just like any person would have. That officer did not even trll anyone he shot him intill the bullet wound was noticed he knew he messed up n he should pay for his actions not get paid leave from work.

This cop should be fired I no longer feel safe loving in the town of paradise with a killer cop driving the streets...he shot that guy like a dog and never radio of shots fired he's a liar and a killer

This was not an accident! He was looking for the casings and did not report shots fired! I don't want Feaster "protecting" me. He needs to be criminally charged.

To think we put police officers , district attorney's , politicians, and the like, up on a pedestal, like they are above something like this. You can see they are more corrupt than the so called criminals they try to get wrapped up in the system. I have a hard time swallowing ,this is our judicial system here in Butte County. If this officer is not charged with anything with the help of DA. Ramsey, something needs to be done. I'm traumatized, know that !!

I have several friends that are police officers and I trust. But this cold hearted young man should never have been a police officer. He was trying to find the shell so he didn't have to say anything / cover up. How many times has this happened before and they cover it up.

I'm 31 years old and have been shooting guns since the age of 6, I have been around guns my whole life and have never seen a semi-auto hand gun misfire more than one bullet. Furthermore, with the hunters safety course I took and other safety courses I have took you don't just holster your side arm if it just misfired. He has the same training so when he does this it makes me believe he shot him more than once when he should've used his non-lethal weapon first. This cop killed him in cold blood.

Based on the video this shooting did not appear to be "accidental" at this point i'm afraid to be pulled over for even a minor traffic stop with my CHILDREN in the car. My prayers go out to the family & I hope this is adressed fairly.
