I am severely offended, Feaster is a criminal!!! How dare he pull a gun on a injured/shocked individual just getting out of an accident. How can think his life was at risk?! That he had to pull out his gun at all?! Feaster got away with this because of how much money pulls in for Butte county for DUI's. This individual is going to be paralyzed for life. How is this justified?! What is Butte county trying to show the people? That having a badge means you can murder? This is wrong, and we don't need murders on the force! He is a loose cannon and how can I feel safe with cops like him on the force?

Accident or not, that man needs his badge removed! If he can not control his weapon and then tries to cover up the fact he shot him, how can he be trusted not to cover other things up?

Who in the right mind is going to pull over for any police officer now? We are required to comply with officers of the peace, but this in no way constitutes as peace, so therefore we can not be required to endanger our life Liberty or pursuit of happiness.

This Officer needs to be fired. You can clearly see that the driver was trying to pull himself up out of the vehicle, to can see his hands doing so. The officer then shoots him twice in the neck then leaving him in the car. Calls over his CB stating the driver refuses to get out.. HELLO YOU JIST SHOT THE MAN, HE CANT GET OUT!! You can see the officer start looking for his bullets so that when the other officers arrive they don't find anything.. After what seems awhile u can see what looks like one of the officers hit the man with his batton. With the not knowing that the other officer had shot him. Then one officer finally calls for an ambulance.. Justice for Andrew! He deserves a chance. Pulling a trigger is no accident!!
