FIRE USC Coach Lane Kiffin
Notwithstanding the horrific 2012 Football season that Coach Lane Kiffin led USC to, it is his total and complete arrogance and unwillingness to be forthright that leads me to the inescapable conclusion that UCS needs to let him go at the end of this season. His callous disregard to NCAA rules, his outright lie when it came to voting for USC as number 1, together with the FACT that he is NOT a play-called, and trying to be both the Coach and Offensive play-called, has led USC to a disastrous season. Lane Kiffin is too arrogant for USC, and this flies in the face of the great coached we have had before him. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Quoting the Bleacher Report today, "Kiffin’s play-calling has gotten worse and more baffling as the season has progressed. It now appears that the 10-2 2011 season was a fluke. It now appears that Kiffin’s restraint in the media and in shenanigans in 2011 were a fluke. This 2012 version of immaturity is what the Trojans are stuck with for the time being."
Before Lane Kiffin and his father (the offensive coordinator, whose defense strategies were a total joke - just look at the yards that Oregan ran up against the Trojans).
This is NOT PERSONAL, it is simply a fact that this failed season will dramatically impact the Trojans for many seasons to come. It will affect the school financially and destroy all the superb record and hard work that Pete Carroll was able to do.
USC President and Board of Trustees, PLEASE BRING US NEW COACH
