Nate McMillan is pure ass on a hot day. He simply can't coach and needs to be replaced. He doesn't motivate players, he doesn't challenge them to transcend, and lacks the skill set to make obvious adjustment. He has been out coached far too many times this year. If Pacers fans want PG to stay then Nate's firing is a good first step. We only have the summer to make this happen people.
