I as well as p there parents are removing my two children from hallsville school due to other issues and laws being broken atbthe principles discreation withheld intimidation tactics toward an eight year old boy using threatening statements using the police as her back up. interrogating my eleven year old daughter about our personal home life. and when she was shut down by my children she resorted to filing false allegations with dcyf . which in turn didnt work out in her favor. I have filed complaints with he super attendant and at first wasbstopped by the watch dog Secretary. .all parents need to know this...the Secretary Tracy is related to the principal you are filing complaints about...be persistent. but good luck. ypu will jear asbi have . Oh we (the principal and the super attendant) want only the best education for your children. I dont feelbthisbis true at any level. if they did they would get rid of thos monster mrs Michaud and find someone who does have thw best interests of our children in mind. we ..our family misses MRS Otereo. she loved and still loves all of our kids and myself and my kids miss her still to this day. this Mrs Michaud needs to go away and leave our kids alone.

I have had several issues with school n some staff ! I have been fighting for my child to not be bullied by the kids n staff ! And when my son was bullied n kicked, Mrs Michaud called me and told me my son had to leave immediately.he fought back n he had to leave .this was at 230 pm. She said she didn't feel that he should go to after school program (off site I pay for) I told her unless it was am emergency, he had to go, I could not leave work. She said if this was the case, then my son was to be suspended! Excuse me. .when does a principle tell a parent what they should do with their kids! She has no idea how to speak to people, n very demeaning! I hope something happens. I'm so tired of fighting alone to see something happen, children should have a god experience at school not bad one!

I have been complaining about this school since sept. when my son's thought it was ok to humiliate my son who has adhd.. n the principle told me it was a "privilege for my son to go to this school" when did education become a privilege in the us!?

Not at all acceptable. I have dealt with Principal Michaud several times this year regarding my son's IEP, not many of our conversations have been beneficial. I also don't particularly like how she treats or speaks to my son. She also relies too much on dismal/ suspension for behavioral issues, which doesn't resolve much, especially when the child doesn't want to be in the school due to how he is treated by staff members (particularly her)

Time to get back to basics. Teach reading,writing,math,science,civics,history { American & World history } . Demand respect and discipline from all towards all. This touchy-feely, politically correct education is destroying minds. I graduated in 1970 and this "new education agenda was present when I was in school, those who were successful in school ignored it because it was senseless compared to our up bringing taught by our parents and grandparents. A teachers job is to "enlighten,challenge,ignite the thought process" of those he or she is instructing.

This touchy-feely, politically correct education is destroying minds. I graduated in 1970 and this "new education agenda was present when I was in school, those who were successful in school ignored it because it was senseless compared to our up bringing taught by our parents and grandparents. A teachers job is to "enlighten,challenge,ignite the thought process" of those he or she is instructing.

my daughter was supposed to have this class today. We called the school and we're giving no info on this. We then called the superintendent and that to was a joke they explained that the lesson was cancelled til further notice. Having a family member that retired from the school say office in a different town we asked thier option and they were disgusted
