It's about time this country takes care of its artists

I earn income by using people (fans),as this virus has stopped me making income,I will be struggling to pay rent,petrol and other bills to pay,so kindly i will like if the state could fund us artists couse this virus will take us to the past life we use to live,which is bad. Thank you.
