the area between the houses and the other apartment buildings will become a horrid dank space, as no sunlight will come through during the day. I can see this becoming a potentially dangerous bottleneck as well,

This will block our view as we paid for a flat in the pier with a water front view. Which we will no longer have. Outraged .

Disgusting that Crest think this is ok, with no thought to the hundreds of people they have sold flats to and misled! We bought our flat being told what 'might' be built wouldnt block our river view and it was unlikely anything would be built, never trust Crest! Constant broken promises!

Not what we was told might be done, if anything. How many more riverview apartments can Crest try to squeeze out of Ingress Park knowing full well they wont remain that! How many mors promises do they want to not keep - disgusting! Shame on Crest!

Between Crest and the council this is just one more promise not kept. However, I believe that the bigger issue is that Crest were allowed to build a huge development such as Ingress Park without putting in a school or nursery.
Shame on Crest and Dartford council.

Absolutely fuming, have just bought flat in Oarsman House and this is definitely NOT what we were advised would be built and we were not told about the public meeting, wonder why??

I have lived in ingress park in a new build house since 2004 and have seen more and more added to the development and do not want this phase which will block views and access to the river

This idea is horrible. It would be claustrophobic and crowded. As it has been said, our views will be totally blocked out and we only just get the sunlight now. Also the environmental impact on the shoreline as this development looks as though it will have to reach right out into the shoreline. This cannot go ahead. Not one house not one apartment block more. It looks beautiful as it is. How can they be allowed to do this? It should not happen!

This area of Ingress Park is already well developed and it seems to me to be a classic example of a developer trying to squeeze in as many properties in as practically possible without paying close enough attention of the existing residents. I concur with others concerns regarding additional traffic, parking and access issues. I object to the row of three story town houses as this will not only block the views of the apartments in Bessborough, Clarinda, Darbyshire and Oarsman Houses, but will also prevent the public from directly accessing the river front which is wrong. Greenhithe has a riverside walkway and this should be preserved in its current state.

One access road for 950 homes is insufficient. Road traffic is becoming an increasing problem and danger.
