Shouldn't build anymore it will ruin the development and the waterside. Plus the parking is out of hand as it is.

Crest Nicholson should focus on getting things right in Ingress Park rather than adding to the current problems. The 16-storey tower block is too much. There should be no more building on this already over-developed site.

With this phase of Crest's development they have totally disregarded the fact that it will take away many owners view of the of the Thames for me in Liverymen Walk a 16 story apartment will be a blot on the sky line being almost double the height of any other apartment building and totally out of place. Crest don.'t destroy what as so far been a beautiful place to live and they should be proud of what they have done

Totally outrageous and very unfair to the existing owners who some have life savings in their property, which for most, is also their lifetime investment and pension.

I have a property in Lightermans Way and believe that this proposal will have a significant affect on the area. Dartford Council do not give planning permission to Crest!

I have lived on this site for more than 10 years and am unhappy about the ridiculous plans Crest has to build yet more properties in this area. It will make river access reduced and the traffic is already an issue. its starting to look like toyland instead of a beautiful historic site !!
