Please do not do the unthinkable! There are plenty of opportunities to make money in the Southeast! Please Dartford council do not allow this to go ahead! Regenarate the town centre an area that needs it! Please don't spoil an area that does not

I am concerned regarding the increase in traffic and overcrowding and impact of public transport at Greenhithe Station as well as residents losing the river view that the properties have now.

Over development

I live on Carmichael ave, parking opposite St Clements and Carmichael is a big problem, to park on my drive it is a marathon monuver as the cars and vans are opposite my drive, also the resident in the apartment No 1 Carmichael parks across the corner. On Thursday ( dustman day ) the cart can't turn the corner so drives across the corner garden breaking the plants. Why am I paying fees to First Port when I can't park on my own drive.?

Does not fit and has had so many revisions that it's clear it's unwarranted. Building in the river will have an environmental impact when there's plenty of space else where.

Greed and deception. No mention of this part of the development when you sold the other phases marketing a river view!!

This plan is definitely an after thought. and the tower block is double the height of the existing blocks. It looks hideous! I have lived on this development since 2002 and I can't believe that Crest have not been able to organise another entrance and access route. The traffic through IP is a joke and so is the parking.

Crest Nicholson has completely disregarded all the new owners who have bought their properties on Ingress Park and I sincerely hope that the Council turn down this proposed application giving due respect to the new owners.

The additional building work will put increased pressure on the already stretched infrastructure around Greenhithe.

Don't restrict view please

I have concerns about flooding risk due to this development which I do not think have been addressed properly. It is all well and good allowing water to flood into the car parks beneath properties, however just in January water on a surge tide was up to the grass banks at Ingress park. It would not take a lot to make the water levels rise and flood peoples homes in the development. Furthermore I am extremely annoyed that on the planning notice posted on the thames path crest suggested they would be "temporarily moving the path". That suggested they would put it back. In the current plan there is no path and certainly it isn't going to follow the path around the river. This is a favourite for many walkers and runners alike and I would be extremely against it's removal, it is a historic public right of way and should be given precedence. On top of this building a development which is going to block out light for many and cause a great number of people to lose any views they had which they were not informed of when they purchased the properties is borderline criminal!
