The proposed development, including restaurants and shops, will hugely increase traffic to the already congested Ingress Park.

Please don't make this development happen. It will block my view of the Thames and it's the whole reason why I bought my apartment! It will look so horrible and take away a beautiful view. Please don't let this happen for the sake of the residents of ingress park.

This new design is not in keeping with the overall design of the ingress park site and blocks light and existing lines of site. The new design also predicts noise levels in excess of the 50 Db limit set by the EU, which cannot be considered acceptable for a residential development.
The new design is contrary to the design upon which the existing flats were sold, which included open sections at least 12 meters across directed to line up with the original road layout and maintain line of sight and natural light.
The new plans should be rejected with a smaller development pursued, more in-keeping with the layout and design of the rest of the Ingress Park.
At least the middle block of housing should be removed in order to maintain the line of sight and natural light down each of the current roads. Additionally, a significant reduction in the number and density of dwellings is also necessary in order to reduce the unacceptable predicted noise levels and in order to bring the proposed development in to better accord with the character of the existing development.

Further considerations need to be given to the plans to ensure that the current proposals are in keeping with the existing designs.

completely ruins the appeal of the estate. Considering buying but would lose the river view that has been sold to me. Awful idea.

I am in the process of purchasing a first floor apartment in Clarinda House and do not want my river view to be spoiled with a row of houses and flats. There need to be serious consideration from Crest to design the new homes in such a way that the existing river views are being kept.

JUST TO CONFIRM
There has been no planning application made for any changes to The Pier at Ingress Park and therefore there has been no change to the planning position. When a planning application is submitted neighbouring residents will be consulted and the proposal will be advertised in the local newspaper.
I hope this clarifies the position.

Still no sign of a planning application. Have Crest gone back to the drawing board?
