crest missold us the property the promise of a nice river view there was no mention of building on the river nothing as we all know the parking is already worse look how long we had to wait in traffic when they had the road works Not only is this going to ruin this nice place the retail units/ restaurant add a few year when theme park opens have they thought about the crime rate all in all i say NO MORE WE HAD ENOUGH

This is unacceptable should the river view be blocked when Crest specifically sold properties with the view as part of the package.

My apartment was sold to me in dec 2013 with only mention of 2 storey show homes that will not block my 3rd floor apartment views!

When we purchased our flat back in 2008 we were never told houses would obstruct our view. Therefore I am totally again the proposed development.

I hate to see more development going onto the river. Nothing seems to be able to stop this money making machine, Greenhithe is quickly turning into an overcrowded fishbowl where infrastructure and train lines are not able to cope anymore. I hate to imagine that another hundreds of people will keep moving in. My apartment has been a escape from buzzy London and now the road is going right into my windows, there will be a bus stop a shop and ... 12 storey!!!!!!! I do not see myself staying on this estate much longer if Crest doesn't stop squeezing in more little houses for ridiculous prices and no care for the nature and the community. I am against it.

i bought in bessborough house as I have a river view and being on the 1st floor that would ruined if they build as they plan

Our view would be completely blocked as we live on the third floor, this flat was sold to us by Crest as a river view flat!

Please think again. It is important the planned development takes into account the concerns of local residence; after all we have to live with it.
If you get this wrong the developers, council, MP etc will have to listen to endless problems.
The council objected to a Marina because of poor infastructure and now you want to build something bigger than a Marina. Huh!
I'm all for development but please think about the lasting impact if you get this wrong.

Parking problems already, more development can only make matters worse. The one road into and out of the park is already under pressure with no thought given to what would happen if there was an accident on the main road as it is. No services in the scheme as it is with no word of eg a shop so far. The fact of front line flats on lower floors losing their view and privacy.

Quite simply ridiculous. Build a nice estate then ruin it at the last hurdle...why Crest? This is also going to spoil the views of the existing 'Riverview' apartments, block their daylight and cause a hazard for access/parking with all these new residents. Unpractical as well as ugly.
