ridiculous to continue building - the infrastructure cannot cope now and there is unrest - building even more conjested houses will lead to even more unrest - schools can't cope now - can't get doctors appointment - hospitals are at break point - the list is endless to oppose - the only reason to build is to swell the already full coffers of developers - please don't say "the plan is..................... " after the house are built, heard it all before - stop choking the nation, isent Paramount enough for you all ? Ridiculous short sighted proposal Ian

Besides the already mentioned lack of roads and parking, it will also have an impact on already over subscribed commuter trains to London, doctors, dentists and schools. In addition, I wonder if prospective buyers will inquire about the cost of insurance, if they can indeed get any cover - these properties are to be built on stilts out over the river in a known flood zone. The large 16 storey block is completely outside of the existing styles of IP.

This design of this current proposal is not in fitting with the surroundings and would be a blot on the beautiful shoreline and is inconsiderate of the current residents... a little more thought please

Absolute joke the road network and this estate is not big enough as it is. Let alone the vehicles it will cause with the 16 story block of apartments

crest are just trying to make my new and don't care about the people who have all ready bought flats on the river front. Maybe they should sort out the roads into ingress park and park 1st

Parking around Greenhithe is already ridiculous, and more people without further development of roads and infrastructure in and out of Ingress/surrounding is not good planning.

I currently live in Bessborough house and was told that there would be building in the river but only opposite the car parks so we would keep our river view. We only purchased our property because of the view, to now be shown that we will have no view at all.

Please reconsider this appealing betrayal of current residents you have duped into buying river views only to double cross them.
