I will miss the wonderful view of the river and the peace, if we have a small road built.

Greedy developers! No consideration for current residents or the local community with increased pressure on already struggling schools, doctors and so forth! Ingress park is perfect as it is!

A 16 storey block of flats??? Plus additional houses and apartments!!! Schools, doctors, parking and extra traffic-bulging at the seams already!!

I'm deeply concerned about the potential loss of light for residents, the potential impact on the environment by building out into the river and the lack of thought with regards to the infrastructure. There are already queues out of Ingress Park on a daily basis - adding this many new homes is simply unsustainable.

Will be very sorry to loose my view as in doors a lot and wonder if we will still be able to walk along the river front where these buildings will be.

What a dreadful thing to do to all those people already living there. They enjoy a fabulous view and now you want to take it away from them. Just greedy!

This is simply appalling. It cannot be allowed to progress. Not only upsetting for the existing property owners, it is going to be an eyesore for everyone.

I don't think we can trust Crest Nicholson any more - everything they say and do is misleading.

What a disgrace!!! You pay good money to live in a nice place with a river view and it's taken away with no say what's so ever!!!

Whilst Crest insist that this final phase of development was / is common knowledge I don't think the reality of the removal of river views and significant building density could possibly have been fully appreciated by existing residents. The 16 Storey tower block cannot surely be considered to be in keeping with the character of surrounding architecture? I understand that final planning permission is being sought immininently - I urge all stakeholders and those with power and authority in the planning process to consider very carefully the impact this development could have before permitting Crest to commit this environmental atrocity.

This is a lovely place as it is, extending it will create parking problems and traffic jams and it will spoil the beautiful views that many people enjoy. Crest should reconsider their plans and build small houses that are spaced out along the river instead of killing everyone else's view with tall apartment blocks.

Crest have completely missold current property. These plans are disgusting and I now regret buying here.

I cannot see how this will benefit residents. The only people who will have any pleasure (monitory gain) is Crest Nicholson. I do not want to have such a beautiful view ruined by buildings.

A really joke of an idea. Not just for the people that's flats over look the water. But the wildlife on and in the sea. I would like to know how you get to buy land in the river Thames! One person doesn't it they will all do it!!

This is just greed on the part of the developers, totally unfair to those who purchased apartments with river views when there was no suggestion of high rise buildings. Surely no reasonable authority would approve such a development.

Building the proposed site doesn't have any visual impact on my flat (St Clements Road) but is ridiculously unfair for those who have been misold 'Riverfront' flats, I would even use the word losely, but 'illegal' springs to mind?! The one road is not enough even now, why not open the bus lane to the Asda roundabout? This premier Ingress Park site is being ruined by greedy fat cats within Crest.

parking and access is already a nightmare don't ruin ingress park sort the dam parking out before you put us through more building hell

the loss of river views is very important and disappointing to residents. How does this proposal fit in with the proposed paramount theme park?
