Time to do good on all the amenities that have promised over the last 12 years. Houses, houses, houses does not make a community. Give people a reason to live here as you're going to ruin the only thing we have, the view!

The infrastructure should have have come first (exit road).
The Award should have been considered at the end of the project.
The outcome may have been different !!!

I don't think Crest should build any more dwellings at all until they have sorted out those of us who have subsidence. Too much of a hurry to cram as many people in as possible for the sake of profit. This leads to cutting corners on serious issues such as retaining walls and road ways. Hope the new homeowners of this disastrous block I'll give the truth about parking and not fed a load of rubbish like we were but you could park anywhere

I was aware of the proposals to build flats along the river and viewed the plans which appeared to retain a degree of river view between the blocks. This new proposal offers no such luxury and smacks of nothing but pure greed on the part of the developer with apparant complete disregard to the loss of amenity and possible impact on value to the properties sold and still being marketed (see The Pier) as having river views. If not illegal it is totally immoral at the very least! Shame on you Crest Nicholson.

The 16 story box is ridiculous, not inkeeping with the rest of the estate, no thought on pressure that amount of additional flats will put on local services but real thought of maximising profits on the final piece of land for Crest. IP is a great development, residents and Crest should all be proud. Don't spoil it by adding a ridiculous building in the final phase.

I would lile to see the decelopmeent if some car parks, some restaurants and some convinient stores in the estate insted of adding to the problem of parking.

Crest have completely mis-sold all properties with their empty promises. These plans are disgusting and I now regret buying here. Parking is already a major problem and access is becoming a nightmare too with one access. Waited an age for the bus service.

The development is already struggling with sufficient parking places. To add this density of development with only one direction to go (away from the river) will cause increased traffic problems and the infrastructure needs improving. Less dense development with more spaces between the housing releasing additional landscaping space and retaining some river views, would be more acceptable.

i believe that the proposed changes will ruin what has greatly attracted people to ingress park. It will also affect the water front in a negative way. Finally the development can cope with more homes and just one road in and out
