I have just bought s top floor flat for the view before I knew about these plans I didn’t spend all that money to look at more flats this area had enough buildings and no where to park and they want to spoil it by putting even more there

We only bought our flat on the basis that the planning had been rejected. Now it's been approved, it has instantly wiped 20% off it's value.

This new development will completely block off the view that we currently have on the first floor of our development.

I object to the development planning to be built on the riverside, blocking the river view for many residents of Ingress Park.
The properties were purchased with a river view (factored into the property value we paid for), only for the view to potentially vanish, leaving views to unattractive construction of the new phase.
The car parking situation is pretty bad as it is, having spoken to the management company, where residents are already feuding with one another, and scratching each other's cars in dispute over spaces, me myself included.
My parking space is being taken up by someone it doesn't belong to, and they refuse to move (that's right Bay 14! You will have to move eventually!), with neither Crest or the management company offering any help or taking responsibility.
I think the situation will be even worse with this new development, with parking issues, and congestion.

I wholeheartedly object these plans. There will be immense disruption for residents from increased noise pollution, disregard for an already stretched parking arrangement and most importantly, complete disregard for the beautiful views that will be lost. Crest need to urgently consult with those directly effected, and give us the information with need and deserve.

I am looking at buying a property that would have its commanding view of the river spoilt if this proposed monstrosity gets the go ahead

I don't want this new development to happen! It will completely block my view of my ground floor apartment.

It is not acceptable that people who have invested their money should lose out because of the developers greed.
The only thing that makes my apartment special is the view.
