My family has owned property near the water in Falmouth since 1956. The summer is filled with fun and laughter in Falmouth as it should be! This article is absolutely ridiculous and would prohibit residents and visitors from enjoying themselves in the most basic of ways (a shade tent, flying a kite and listening to some music). Not to mention the necessity of our law enforcement officers having to police the matter. They have much more important things to do than tell a family to take their tent down. This neighborhood association needs to get off their high horse and/or move to a more exclusive area where beaches are private!

The beaches are not rowdy! Allow families to have fun on the beach and use common sense.

I grew up in Falmouth Heights and lived in Falmouth for almost 60 years. The Falmouth Heights/Maravista group have been trying to run the town since the 60's.
If your not careful, those looking to ENJOY the beaches will get bored just sitting there and take their money to another town that have just as nice beaches as Falmouth. Then all the business will complain about the decline of tourist dollars.
I can't imagine this is good for the town.

Precinct 7. I can't believe that this is something we would actually have to sign a petition against. It would be a tragedy if this ever passed. If you are old and grumpy and don't like seeing people have fun please sell your home and move, but don't try and take that right away from others...

Here we go again! Why spent time changing what already works well to simply appease a few. It doesn't make any sense spending any $$ unnecessarily, especially with the looming costs of taking down The two turbines that have been determined to be a nuisance.
Stop the fun police! Thank you Phil
