Precinct 2, 56 Hudson St, Falmouth Heights. This stupid idea would be another reason for young people to leave the Cape. (However, Drones should be banned everywhere there are crowds).

Would we rather run off all the families that come here to vacation and have some fun on the beaches of Falmouth, stop this nonsense!

You have all these people move here for the good memories and then the get old. They shut down the nightlife and now they don't want the kids to play on the beach. Really?

If you want to make new rules completely void of common sense , please move to Florida where you have to take your outdoor furniture inside at nite and share a grill with 100 people !

I don't think there should be a law against anything innocent at the beach. People and kids can still have fun. Yes I occasionally get a ball at my head but the seagulls do far more damage. I get over it and enjoy America the freedom to do what you want in public. I live here year around my whole life. I grew up playing ball and having fires on the beach. Who are we going to hire to in force all these rules.

For the twenty-two short years I have lived on Cape Cod, I have always enjoyed going to the beach and appreciated being a resident here. From a very young age, it has always been a beach tradition to bring some sort of sports ball to throw around and listen to music. Bringing an umbrella to keep out of the sun for a little bit has always been nice, especially for the young kids on enjoying the beach. It's a solid fact that listening to some good music with a group of people on the beach just makes it that much more enjoyable and feel more like summer on Cape Cod. I know I cannot and will never be able to speak for everyone in this town, but I feel as though if these privileges were taken away the entire dynamic of Falmouth and Cape Cod in general would change negatively. Having the freedom to go to the beach and enjoy ourselves is something I think all Falmouthians appreciate more than most may understand.

Punishing all for the transgressions of the few is lazy, unfair, and very much like an elementary school apprach to the issues. Instead, the rude behavior rules should be publicized and a supportive and rapid response by the authorities should be the solution.

Stop the ridiculous controls, before no one wants to go to the beaches!
