Turner Road East Falmouth I am at various beaches most days of the summer, and I've NEVER seen a problem with frisbees, balls, kites, small tents, etc. The only item that I feel shouldn't be allowed are those LARGE canopy-like tents that some people bring to the beach...you cannot see around them. The smaller tents are fine. If the beach rules that we NOW have are ENFORCED, that is all we would need....we do NOT need to ban everything!

This is preposterous! These "locals" not Natives need to leave our town alone. They have already ruined it for the younger generations trying to stay living where they grew up. If they want a quaint quiet no children no fun town, buy your own island!

Have we fotgotten back in the 60's and 70's where Falmouth Heights was out of control, then I would say that the Falmouth Heights association would have something to complain about. They should be thankful that the Town is family oriented. Today Falmouth heights is like a walk in the park.

East Falmouth precinct 9 Pass this bill, then what's next ? No trick or treating ? The Xmas parade is disruptive, nevermind the Football games at the Rec Center those are far too loud ! Some people really need to get hobbies rather than sucking the little amount of life that the town has right out of it !

This idea that the beach belongs to an association that can dictate is outrageous. The beach belongs TO ALL OF FALMOUTH!! Let the FUN continue!

I had a football dropped on my leg earlier this Summer by kids playing at the beach. I'll happily let it happen repeatedly!! Hey fun police sit in your homes, shut your windows, and be grumpy, leave us alone!!

Please reconsider passing this law. If you want to keep a younger demographic in Falmouth. This is ridiculous!!!!

Stupid rule like this is why our country is going to shame. This is a complete waste of time. People need to grow up. You can only use the beach a couple months out of the year. so what if people are having fun isn't that what life is all about. I bet most of these people that are complaining to "wash a Shores" or Old people that forgot what it's like to be young.
