I don't believe these rules should move forward. Beaches are meant for fun, recreational use which includes ball play, umbrellas/tents, etc. As long as no one is causing any harm or disrespecting another beach goer, then those activities should continue to be allowed.

As a Cape Cod native I think this is ridiculous! The noise of a tourist/beach community comes with the territory. If you don't like it MOVE!

It's really messed up what the town is trying to do if the old people don't like the noise shut the window let the people and touris have fun and play did they forget that the touris bring money into our Towns and county's what happens when u make this ban and people stop comeing the money will stop coming

How are children and families going to want to continue going to beaches if all they are allowed to do there is swim? Not everyone in a family wants to swim while they are at a beach so what are they supposed to do if they can't play ball etc. have fun?
