Growing up I've seen many changes when's it going to stop you taking away the old Cape Cod and old Falmouth people come down from the cities and want to change everything that Cape Cod the Falmouth Heights and turned it into a big commercial big buildings they took for these big elaborate house put the charm right out of it and now they want to change your beaches to next the whole Heights will be private for the residents only

I grew up in Falmouth before people who own mansions on the beach decided to try to change the way people enjoy life. I'm horrified to think that this proposal is even a consideration! I live on the water in New Hampshire now. One of my biggest joys in life in listening to the laughter and giggles and games along the shore below my home. Tell those nasty home owners to lighten up and remember when they were kids.

If this bill passes we will loose all tourists coming to Falmouth because the Association just wants people to sit and stare at the water!

This needs to stop. You want to clean up the beaches, teach tourist to clean up after themselves and leave the fun out of it

People need to get over themselves. We ALL should be able to enjoy the beaches in our own fun way. As long as we are being safe and respectful there is no reason someone should be able to take that away.
