It's a beach, Let everyone enjoy it. Why should fun and laughter take a backseat to someones million dollar view?! To whomever is complaining, Think about your life, think about your choices.

I urge you to consider the impact this will have on how this town is portrayed by families coming to visit. If we want to stay on the radar of "family fun" vacations, we need to safeguard ourselves and be good stewards for future generations. Let's not put confusing and ridiculous restrictions on beachgoers.

You bought a house next to a beach, and in a very popular tourist destination!!!! Move if you don't like to see people and their families having fun in the beach in he summer!

I live down the street from Falmouth heights beach. I bring my daughter, niece's and nephew's there all the time. Please don't take away the fun from them. They love flying kites and taking away tents and umbrellas is crazy. Do you know every year the sun is getting closer to the earth and cause more sun damage. We need tents and umbrellas. Sunblock won't always help. Do the right thing and not pass that law. Please!!!

I go to the beach almost every day with children. They play games in the corner of the beach, with and without balls. Some people have tents or cabanas for the little ones. I personally haven't seen problems with theses activities. The lifeguards have always handled situations professionally. Leave things as they are. Let the kids have the same fun we enjoyed growing up. Let them have the wonderful memories we have.

I would be shocked and disheartened if this gets beyond this stage. Restricting ball playing and sun safety? This is a complete infringement on the rights of residents and visitors alike.

As a frequent tourist to Falmouth in the Summer, I think this proposed jargon of a law is absolutely ludicrous! How much more freedom will you take away from us the people?
If you go ahead with the proposal of this law, you will undoubtedly lose not only tourists but residents and we both know that is how you sustain your town.
