This is not worthy of a by- law.
It creates a separatist view for a specific group.

Choosing to live near a beach then trying to dictate the activities that people enjoy on said beach, or beaches, is pure arrogance. I live in East Falmouth at 40 Heritage Cir. These activities that are at the center of the complaint have been going on as long as there have been people relaxing there. Let the beach goers police the activities and not the elitists that have made the conscious choice to live there, knowing full well what goes on there. Life is no where near as boisterous as it was in the golden years of the 70's and 80's in Falmouth Heights. I was there!

This is ridiculous! Did this guy have to comply with building codes regarding his domicile being so close to our precious ocean? It is funny that it is more than fine to have a big honking structure with septic tanks etc going up so close to our waters yet he has the audacity to complain about people enjoying what has naturally been placed before us to enjoy. Gluttony is at work here. The more they have the more they expect. Please do what is right.

I've lived in Falmouth since the day I was born. What fun are Beaches if you can't relax and take a load off?

I am a Falmouth resident and have lived here all my life. If they don't want to deal with the noise, they can go elsewhere for the summer. Easier solution than banning the children from playing at the beach.

It's a BEACH! What is the point in it if no one can enjoy the beautiful cape cod beaches? If the people in the houses don't like the noise why did they move next to a very popular beach? THEY can move, let everyone else enjoy the beach for the two months that we can.

If you are saying kids cant have fun at the beach and are loud either close your Windows or move away from the noise you can't tell children they cant have fun at a beach

This is ludacris. They want the beach to be private and thats not fair. Children are full of energy and enjoy the beach just the way it is. If they dont like it they should be the ones stepping away from it not the other way around.

This is absurd. What happened to the beach being fun to go to? Restricting these things would not be fair. I understand where the town is coming from but it's just not right. Let the kids have fun and enjoy their stay. I'd like to see proof of other beaches actually enforcing this nonsensez

As a member of the neighborhood association I disagree with the changes and Howard does not speak for the entire group. He has his own point of view as do I.
