Let's not make rules on a public beach. Be considerate of those around you, and lets all have nice summers.

Precinct #4. Beaches are a place to relax, have fun with friends and family and enjoy the scenery. As I look at the names signed on the form, they look as if they are all from an older generation. Our beaches become crowded fast, which I understand that if every gathering plays music or throws balls it may interfere or disturb the next neighbor.. but that's when consideration and respect for others as human beings comes in play, not banning any activity. Music at a certain level is and should be allowed. Profanity music, not so much since we do have children out there but listening to music on a beach is not a crime, just respect your neighbor. Playing a sport on a beach is fun, entertaining and creates memories. Yes, we should be careful when throwing a ball around it may hit someone unexpectedly but once again be considerate of others.. post those signs but banning it from beaches, ridiculous. If you don't like to have fun, stay home. If it's too much for you, there are quiet beaches that you can find that aren't so crowded but this is just upsetting to hear that more rules from the seniors in this town to not favor our youth. We don't even have a football field with lights.. and now we can't play music or play football on a beach.. give me a break..

Stop with the restrictions on our beaches. Please stop adding more statues and benches on the hill and below at the heights ball field. There are children that live at the heights in the winter and the hill has always been the sledding hill

The Board of Selectman need to stop allowing a small number of people dictate what should or should not happen in this town. I truly hope they listen to all of the town on this.

Utterly ridiculous, his proposal.
Tax payers have the right, the responsibility to knock these types of proposals down.
Good grief, who voted this guy in.
