I hate the beach but my kids love it so I bring them and they play ball and tag and I listen to music..... so I guess if this passes there will be another reason not to go to the beaches where my tax money is paying for the maintenance of!

I grew up in Falmouth and come to visit many times a year. My family and I visit the beach to HAVE FUN. Not to sit there like robots. These rules are excessive and unreasonable.

As a lifelong visitor/resident on Cape Cod (family goes back generations -particularly in Falmouth), it is seriously outrageous to try and ban radios, kites, vollyballs, etc. from the beaches.

Lived on the cape my whole life this is blasphemy .... Keep the cape fun and full of the noises of music, laughter, and the cheers of life that we all should cherish not banish
